There will be tons of miscellaneous jobs to do around Villedor in Dying Light 2. As a Pilgrim, people are skeptical to turn to an outsider, but sometimes that is just what they need. They fear your potential, but they see your worth, and one of those people is Dodger. At the Bazaar, after completing The Only Way Out, you can find him at a table. He says he is waiting on a delivery and wants you to check on it. You already know of his infamous reputation, so it isn't all that surprising that there are delays. He gives you the password "Sayonara" to get Hubie to trust you, and the quest begins. Hubie is tucked away at the top of a building, so it is a bit of a climb to get to him.

Hubie is holed up in a tall building. If you follow the quest marker and go inside and use your Survivor Sense, you can track his footprints. This will eventually lead you to a hole you can duck through and a pipe you can climb up to get to where Hubie's holed up. When you find him, you learn that he recently broke his leg, so he is unable to make the delivery, but he tells you that his job was to bring back the loot from a military camp that supposedly was drowning in goodies. Obviously, he can't find the goods himself now due to his injury, so it falls to you. He tells you where to find the GRE containers and recommends going at night when the infected leave, and he gives you some very useful decoys to help your mission.

North of the Military Base, there is a night runner hideout that you can turn on and sleep at to wait until night. Once the sun is down, make your way to the abandoned car lot and either clear out the infected guarding the door or use the decoys Hubie gave you to sneak in through the door.

Inside are two scavengers, Mark and Jonas, who were also trying to get at this stash of loot but got injured in the process. They tell you it was swarming with infected and give you a few lockpicks to help you out. They mention they at least got the lights on deeper in before it all went downhill.

Stealth is recommended here, at least until the Howlers are dead, to avoid a large swarm of infected learning of your trespassing. The fence on the left side wall is what you're trying to get over -- it is labeled as the military side which is where you are told the good stuff was kept. You can jump over from the next floor or find another way in over the fence that doesn't have barbed wire -- either way, once you find a generator to turn on some UV lights, you'll know you've made it. Search five GRE crates, loot the rest of the area, and head back to the surface.

At the top, Mark and Jonas will show you their true colors as thugs who want the loot for themselves. Hubie had hired them to cut and run with the loot to make the fake ambush more believable to Dodger, but he was betrayed, and they want to take the loot themselves. A man name Klaus is with them now, and he seems to be in charge, and he wants what you just found. Fight the thugs and return to Hubie. He will beg you to not tell Dodger the truth -- that he was trying to hold out on him and that he is just desperate to get by -- but the choice is yours to make. Report back to Dodger, and the quest is over.
